1982 saw the release of the Utility Billing Module of what would develop into Citi-Pak. Over the years Citi-Pak continued to grow and mature becoming a collection of modules that could be used independently or work together to provide a fully integrated Financial Management System.  Southern Software FMS builds upon that heritage. Taking full advantage of the latest advances in Hardware and Software, this powerful, easy to use program retains the feature rich modules Citi-Pak was known for but offers many improvements including an updated user interface, enhanced audit trail support (including drilldown) and enhanced security.

FMS offers modules for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Business License, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Payment Central, Payroll, Property Taxes, Utility Billing and Vehicle Decals. FMS is fully integrated, allowing each module to stand alone or work in conjunction with the other modules.  All modules have powerful reporting options with customer designed template capabilities.

FMS software is created and supported in house in our Southern Pines, NC Corporate Headquarters. Many members of our USA based support staff  have served in local government and others are fluent in Spanish.
