I want to begin by wishing each of you a Happy and Blessed New Year!
The year has already started in an exciting way for Southern Software. We have expanded our facilities by acquiring the building beside our corporate headquarters to give us more room to grow as our staffing needs continue to increase. The new facility houses our development team which operates under the direction of our new Chief Technology Officer, Adam Caviness. Many of you know Adam from our Annual Users Conference and his presentations of our products and most recently his development and roll-out of the RamblerTM Data Sharing software.
Our other exciting news is the development of our new technical marketing or “demo” team. Mike Moody, who has been a member of our sales team for ten years, will lead the new product demonstration team for the company as Director of Technical Marketing. The demo team will provide product demonstrations using live data and audience participation. These demonstrations can be held either in our office or in off site locations. We are very excited about the demo team and hope you have the opportunity to see them in action!
